We love to give gifts. We will happily gift wrap, send a handwritten note, and make the recipient feel so special when opening their gift. :)

Our signs are meant to be hung indoors unless otherwise noted. If you'd like to hang your sign outside, let us know and we will add a polyurethane finish. It's typical for wood to change very slightly with weather. It is possible for wood to expand or bend very slightly.

All of our wood is locally sourced. We purchase untreated, quality pine wood and put it through a natural staining and aging process. Unlike pallet wood and some reclaimed wood, our wood contains no harmful chemicals and it completely safe to hang inside any room of your home.

Our wedding signs do not come ready to hang, but hanging hardware is available to add on for a small cost.
If you are purchasing a large sign, we recommend using a heavy nail and hanging where there is a stud in the wall. If you are unable to find a stud where you'd like to hang your sign, you can use a wall anchor.

Production times are stated in each listing. If you need your item within this time frame, please message me and we are always happy to try to accommodate.
We do have a limited amount of rush orders available each month. Feel free to inquire if interested.

Please note, we cannot guarantee the day of your delivery, only the day we ship your package.

Please be sure that your shipping address is correct before completing the checkout process!!! We are unable to easily change the shipping address once the order has already processed! While we always make customer service a top priority, we are unable to take responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrect mailing address if it was written incorrectly by the buyer.

In 2019 Etsy encouraged sellers to offer "free shipping" to their customers by building the shipping cost into the product cost. We went through a trial period offering this "free" shipping, but ultimately learned that it did not benefit anyone, and we only felt that we were not being truthful in saying shipping was free, when in fact, it wasn't.
By building the cost into the item, we had to use estimated shipping costs, and buyers were actually paying more for shipping in the end. We felt this was dishonest and not helpful for anyone.
We now offer our items with calculated shipping, which you are paying exactly what it costs to ship. Thank you for understanding our morals & values of operating our business with honesty and integrity!
